Preparation Instructions

Mix 6 litres of water or milk, 1 kg of ice cream powder, and 1.5 kg of sugar until a fully homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour the prepared mix into the ice cream machine and process according to standard production settings.

Yield: Approximately 9 litres of finished ice cream.
